The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.
Certain services made available for booking to you include the opportunity to make payments facilitated through our service. Such payments will be made using trusted third-party payment gateways.
By making a payment to GIST Global, you undertake that the credit or debit card details, or third-party wallet login credentials that you provide are for your own credit or debit card, or wallet account, and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment for the services booked.
We reserve the right to alter prices or services or cease to list services at any time, without prior notice or warning.
The total price shown for services is inclusive of the items described for that service and may not include additional items / services found to be required at the time of availing your desired service. In such a case the GIST Global will discuss any change in scope of work with you and additional agreements or payments where required shall be made by you.
Payment options services offered are subject to change by GIST Global at any time without warning and or prior approval from you. In cases where cash on delivery (COD) is requested, full payment must be made prior to the release of the vehicle from GIST Global and or associated service providers.
In cases where a form of online payment is offered and selected you must complete the payment in full to successfully make the booking or at the time of delivery. Payment details provided are not stored by GIST Global and are encrypted by the payment provider selected to ensure security.
Appointment cancellation done before the vehicle is picked up will be eligible for a refund minus a nominal cost of travel decided by GIST Global. GIST Global reserves the right to waive off the cancellation fee when deemed appropriate. However, if the cancellation happens after the car is picked up, no refund will be made.
Parts used will carry warranty to the extent provided to GIST Global by its approved suppliers, if the supplier does not extend warranty on any parts this will automatically void any warranty on such parts purchased from GIST Global and or its preferred suppliers, and neither Global and or its preferred suppliers be held accountable under any circumstances. Any part supplied by you will be fitted for a price deemed fit by GIST Global with additional required parts and any issues or failures to the vehicle and its components will not be treated as warrantable. GIST Global exclusively reserves the right to entertain and or provide services to you and GIST Global can at any time decide to terminate its services upon which you will be completely responsible to clear any dues presented by GIST Global prior to delivery of your vehicle.
